This notice below went out a few months ago. In case you missed it and you cannot upload to the previous SFTP site tnrxreport.com, you need to submit a ticket to Bamboo Health’s Zendesk ticket system to get new credentials to the new SFTP site sftp.tncsmd.com.

You are receiving this notification because you are registered as a data collection submitter with TNRxReport.com, and an update to your SFTP information is required to ensure that you are able to continue submitting data. You should have received email communications instructing you to update your SFTP account to submit to sftp.tncsmd.com. Please review your connection settings in your SFTP client and contact support for assistance if you have not completed the update. This update must be completed by 6/30/21.

- Update your sftp client configuration
- Submit a test file and verify successful submission
