Nebraska: Changing SFTP server by Nov 30, 2022

In working closely with CyncHealth as the PDMP administrator, our PDMP vendor NIC has developed a new SFTP server. This server will provide a more robust and stable environment for you and your team to use for the submission of required prescription reporting files (ASAP files) and is intended to resolve any connection errors you may have experienced in the past. This new SFTP server will fully replace the current system (sftp-nepdmp.rxgov.com) that you use to upload files. The legacy system is planned to be fully disabled on November 30, 2022.

You will receive two separate follow-up messages from NIC that will be encrypted for security purposes. The first message will contain the new server connection details and the second message will contain your new login credentials. Because this information is sensitive in nature, we must distribute this to you via the NIC encrypted email system. Please download the attached message and follow the instructions to create an account so you may view the contents of the message from NIC.

Note: You may need to contact your pharmacy software vendor to assist you or to make the changes in the software for you.

If you have any questions, please contact NIC support at sftphelp@egov.com.
